    Hey Guys, So far so Goodie! I'm very happy with this phone pretty much new! no bumps dents nor scratches the volume and notifications are Superb! I took a chance and it worked out Thank The Most High, Smooth about to buy me a clear case, just bought a new p@psocket Grip :0) and tempered glass for screen...the switch was easy too from Android to iPhone. Everything went right over :) worth every penny! TY Best Buy! This iPhone does a lot having fun with it very precise Yello! IOS world !

    Generally I was satisfied with this previously owned iPhone. I liked that I could pick it up the same day as I purchased it, as I had a small window of time to get it. The price seemed fair until opened and inspected it and found multiple scratches on the glass! I had purchased it as a gift and did not have the luxury of returning it as I was leaving the country in a few days. When I tried to connect to someone in the store where I bought it, I was told multiple times that I was not allowed to talk to anyone in the store, only the international customer service line. The teen who got the phone was gracious but I was embarrassed and disappointed for her, and angry with my buying experience from Best Buy. Guess it pays to have Amazon Prime in these situations. Could have returned and got a new one within a day...
