Not going to buy anything used again - ever.

Phone arrived earlier than stated - by several days. Paid a premium through BB so I knew it would be unlocked and working. VERY disappointed that the battery was at 82% Max Capacity. I could have paid $200 less and “bought local” and then pay the $50 for a new battery. I spoke with Geek Squad and Phoned Best Buy and talked to Customer Service - to no avail. Not worth all the work to return it and find a new phone so I learned my lesson…

Don’t buy used from Best Buy

No happy. My video and camera broke March 25th and I can’t return it. Buyer beware. I have a life proof case on my phone so it’s not something I did to the phone.

Second hand iPhone 11Pro

I will gave it 4 starts because it didn't come with original apple charger and the box was just a regular carbon box an they did not cover the cell with bubble wrap paper. The cell was almost like knew great condition.
I would recommend this to a friend
