I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. Let me just say it's in really good condition. It does have a few scratches around the corners of the phone, and tiny scratches on the screen, but nothing that is terribly noticeable. The camera's work and look amazing. The speakers work well, and I can hear crystal clear when on the phone with someone. All the buttons work, I can't find a big flaw that would alter my rating in anyway. I would suggest for someone who isn't looking for mint condition phones to get this. I had an Iphone X and finally convinced myself to upgrade, I couldn't be more happier. With the price as well.....yeah it's a 5 star! (Not to mention the battery last 8 hours from 8a-4p of me working and when I get home last me all day of scrolling on tiktok until 10pm for bed and that's when I plug it up.)

Absolutely love the color of this phone! The camera quality is pretty good and so is the display. The battery life it’s the best but still lasts me all day. I’ve also really enjoyed the size, I personally prefer a smaller phone so it’s a perfect fit for me!

This is the second used iPhone I've purchased at Best Buy, each time they were in perfect operating condition, including the battery. if you need to return it, you will pay a "restocking" fee, but I'm 2 for 2 and will definitely consider purchasing again in the future.

The phone works great and in excellent condition. The packaging however was not very secure.

Nice phone and a decent deal. The plastic aftermarket packaging was horrible. This was a gift and I had to find another package. Other that that it was just like new.

It's fine. Can't beat the price. It is an almost four year old phone so updates will only be for another year or two. If you're needing a new iphone and you're coming from an iphone 6,7, or 8 then this will be like the future in your hands. If you're coming from a xr or xs then keep that. It's the same ol, same ol. Camera is fine. Battery was at 85 percent capacity so make sure you check if your buying it best buy used.

Good solid phone, this one has lasted my son the longest. Personally i am not a fan of apple but so far this one has proven to be worth the cost. Even though it was used it was in perfect conditions when purchased.

It holds its charge ten times longer than my previous iPhone 8, and it works beautifully in every other sense as well. I am very happy with the clarity of the display and camera, with sharp photos every time. No issues at all.

It's really a great phone it lasted me a long time. But after a while you know it was time to get a new phone, also everything was in excellent condition

I really like the quality of this phone. It got here really quick in perfect condition and overall is great, it is fast and has no problems. Definitely recommend!

While I liked the upgrade from my old I-Phone 7, The refurbished phone that I bought started giving me serious issues, 20 days after the purchase. All of my aps kept popping open, uncommanded. That stopped a couple of days later, but then I wasn't able to close out some things that I had open. I would have to turn the phone off and then turn it back on. I went to the BEST BUY store to see if it was something that I was doing wrong. The GEEK SQUAD girl ran a test on the phone and found that there were "dead spots" on the touch screen. It being out of store return policy window (which is 14 days for refurbished phones), I had to contact the "warranty company". They gave me instructions on how to start the return policy for replacement. Their email came through within minutes. I submitted the reply that they requested and that was now 2 days ago. Their first email said that they would review my issue and send me another email with a return address label to take to the UPS store free for shipping. I asked how long it would take to get the phone replaced, their response was "oh, it'll take a few days". My lesson learned here: Don't buy the refurbished phone, spend the extra money and buy the new phone!

second-hand or rebuilt product, but as of today in 15 days of use, the product has shown good performance, as if it were new. I have no damage to the screen or scratches. The equipment comes with 84% battery life, the price was what made me decide to buy this product because it is one of the lowest and the quality at the moment gives me the exact point of satisfaction.

Great phone. It is like new. We are very pleased with the outcome. Fast and easy process and phone is in mint condition.
