Phone was in mint condition. Easy to set up and pick up was a breeze as I pre-purchased it online. Didn't come with original box however it did come in a sealed box with charger. No issues with the phone and the price was decent for the quality. Would do this option again.

worked well and great condition; sadly though was able to transfer data because i was unawares when preordering the iPhone 17pro max that my profile is being transferred already. but setting up the device was easy and the best buy representative truly helped me out that day

I did not want to pay the price of a new phone so opted for a used one. It took a little getting used to as I had an SE before and it was about to go obsolete. It was quite a bit different from the old one but I have it about figured out. I prefer Apple over an Android, which I had for a few days and didn't like it.

This phone arrived in excellent conditiion with very minor imperfections. This product proved to be a great value and was veru easy to activate by T-Mobile! The phone shipped right away by Roadie. I would highly recommend an "unlocked" phone from Best Buy!!!

I have purchased many refurbished phones from Bestbuy and so far they have all been in fantastic shape and work perfectly. Don’t risk buying a phone from a stranger when you can buy one guaranteed to work from your local Bestbuy!

In good condition no visible scratches the iPhone maintains good battery and loads much better. Bought for my dad. Went from a Samsung a16 that lagged and this is a huge upgrade. Will be buying a second for mom.

Recently purchased the Iphone 12 from best buy, and i couldn’t be any happier, phone is fast and has an amazing camera. Battery life easily lasts all day. Just picked up my cell and it is great so far. The color is very pretty, even found a leather case the same color, the weight is just right and I really like to overall easy to use.
