It is a nice looking device with a good performance, the only thing I would say ab out it is that battery does not last that long so you will need a battery if you it much or if you are using the Maps.

This is the first used phone I’ve ever purchased. But, it was a remarkably easy transition and the phone is, I believe pretty much as advertised. The vibration mode is extremely short and weak. Not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to be or not. My old phone was better in that regard. The battery life is about 8 hours, again not sure if that’s the norm for this phone or not though. All in all I’m satisfied with the overall condition. I would buy another used phone from Best Buy again.

I wish the listing had offered for us to buy the charging apparatus. The phone was fine and came with a USB-A cord but not the brick for USB-A. All of our charging bricks had been changed to USB-C in our home, so we had to go out and buy a brick that would work. Fortunately, we were able to find a USB-C to lightning cable and brick on Christmas Eve so we bought that to get 20W fast charging. We would have been happy to order and pay for it with the phone if we had known it would not be included.

I bough this i phone 11 and it was a great price great condition plus got a 3 month free of apple tv I was very pleased and for a refurnished phone I feel it was like I bough a new phone .

I love my new apple phone. It is exactly the right size and it does all the things my old phone did and a few extras. Charge lasts a lot longer and I was ready for more memory for an app that wouldn't work on my old phone.

The phone came in a random beat up box, unlike what other reviewers were saying about it coming in an official Apple box, so I guess ymmv. The battery health was what I expected from a refurbished phone, 86%, and scratches on the phone were very minimal. However, I did run into a hardware issue with the phone as it wouldn't connect to WiFi, despite me restarting the phone multiple times and resetting the network settings. Really disappointed with the product, but hey, at least the phone comes with a warranty.

So happy with this purchase. I’ve always wanted iPhone 12 Mini because it’s the design that I like (two rear cameras are aligned vertically). The phone definitely looked as good as new.

Bought a reman 128GB version to replace my iPhone 8 Plus and it works flawlessly. Exactly all i wanted in a phone Only cons are very very tiny spot where the black paint is missing (i couldnt care less about it personally, just happy it works). And like the other reviewer said. Battery health is at 81% but i can always replace it mysef later if its really an issue for me

Phone came in excellent condition. My only grievance is the battery health is only at 75%

Everything about this is just fine so far. Appears to be in pristine condition and works properly. I didn't realize that it had no warranty coverage. Oh well, I could have paid more and gotten one directly from Apple. No complaints.

Phone was in very good condition. Minor scratches however not noticeable unless you have a microscope. It came with a charger

I bought 2 iPhones on Amazon and they were refurbished as well. I had nothing but trouble with them. The local Apple Store told me not to buy anymore phones from Amazon. They told me to buy a refurbished iPhone on Best Buy and I did and it works the way it should and I am extremely happy of Best Buy and Thank You.

Battery life is not super great, it dies within half of a day with minimal use. I had a pro max 11 before this, difference in features is not really noticeable but overall it’s a good phone

Upgraded to an iPhone mini 12 from an iPhone SE 2nd gen, very happy with the 12 mini. Minimal cosmetic blemishes, barely noticeable and the phone is tip top. Faster, stronger cellular signal. Also when this phone is at 49% I have much more talk time available to me compared to the SE 2nd gen. Very pleased. As good as new.

The device was in excellent condition when i received it. Worked exactly as advertised. I bought it for a friend who's been using it for ove one year now and hasn't had any problems with it.

Just received my iPhone and it came in excellent condition and works great.
