This phone is really great. I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but the worker I talked with assured me that everything is checked over before hand to make sure it's all in good condition. He was definitely right! Everything is like new, and I love the camera quality and long battery life, which were some of my biggest factors in choosing a phone. The mini size is also great for me because I don't like big phones. No complaints here.

Good starter phone for my little brother. The clicking on screen does sometimes take a few tries with a slow response but overall has been great. My little brother loves it and cried on Christmas opening it!

It’s too good no physical damages. Although the battery health was 73 percent when I got but spent around extra 85 dollars for new battery from official apple and it’s worth it. I would recommend if you buy it during sale so you can cover up battery cost in that price

Great, amazing device! It has no to little scratches around the edges of the frame of the phone but it does not have no deep scratches or any scratches on the screen or the lens or the back of the phone. Immediately performs with exceptional speed and accuracy within its development. It is a good phone for the price that you pay. And it is a device anybody could love. Completely worth the buy. This is my third device I had purchased unlocked and refurbished through Best Buy and I will definitely purchase another whenever this phone needs a upgrading

I searched through hundreds of phones, then I stumbled on Best Buys iPhone pre-owned phones list. I reviewed several iPhones until I found just the right one. When it arrived, it looked and functioned perfectly. There are no new iPhone 12 Minis available, nevertheless, that is exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the effort searching for the particular smartphone, that I wanted. I'm well pleased with the phone and the service. Henceforth, Best Buy will be the first place I start looking from now on.

I love Best Buy, but the packaging for my phone was a flop before I even opened my phone I could tell it went through the ringer and was going to be surprised if the screen was still in-tacked the box has a huge corner completely smashed in I couldn’t believe there was even a phone in it just on first sight of how banged up the box was, I opened it up and it was shifting around in the box with several really deep scratches on every edge of the phone I’m so sad and really wish there is something I can do about the screen because I believe it happened through transport and people just throwing packages but if better packed with at least bubble wrap it would have saved the screen

The battery doesn’t last long and occasionally the volume lowers on its own. It’s decent quality considering it’s refurbished.

I had to go to the store to order my pre-owned iPhone after a few attempts to order it online. Amazon is a lot easier to deal with. The iPhone looks good, but the letter “p” needs a few clicks before being accepted. The battery life was 69%. I thought it would be at least 80% considering the price.
