Annoyed by the 87% battery health. I wish I bought refurbished from Apple instead as they would’ve provided a brand new battery.

It has no scratches,looks like a new one,works fine.

Worst phone. Horrible customer service. Do not purchase! You will be stuck with a phone that cannot take pictures and customer service that will not rectify the situation! Nearly $450 and Best Buy will take your money and turn their back on selling you a defective product that is NOT as advertised! This is NOT in excellent condition by any means. Buyer beware of this phone, its condition and the company selling it with the “representatives” behind their customer service. I’ve not missed out on pictures of my children growing up because this phone will NOT take anything but blurry, unfocusable photos. Please don’t miss out like I did on those moments you can’t get back! Shame on you, Best Buy!

Phone came with a 90% battery life! The phone was perfect with no scratches or anything! I was very pleased with the price of the almost brand new iPhone 12 Pro. Will buy again!!

The service at Best Buy was very good. My phone has a problem. The ringer on the phone is not adjustable, it is hard to hear it ring. I didn’t order a pre- owned phone I wasn’t told that. Overall the phone works. Get squad Was great setting up the phone thanks y

The front camera only worked for few weeks and then got broken. I think this was broken before and wasn’t really fixed well. I can not return it anymore because I send it to my sister in the Philippines. And now she just have to deal with it. What a waste of money for me.

Since I used to have the iPhone XR, this is a major upgrade. But this phone did not let me down. Its perfect.

I took a risk of ordering a pre-owned iPhone 12 pro with no note on the condition. When it was delivered, - It was in a cheap phone box ( not of apple) - on opening the box, I realized that the lightning cable and power socket was of different brand( some cheap ones ) - More importantly, the phone had nothing but dents and scratches all over it including the camera lens. - Please note, if you are returning a preowned product, there is a fee of $45. So you end up getting $45 less than you paid for. Was highly disappointed observing all these red flag. Returned it within an hour of delivery, didn’t signup for this by paying $899. Note to Best Buy: If it’s of pre owned please at least add a note on the product condition to provide awareness to those who buy this online.
