I am not happy with the refurbished phones I have bought 2 and both have issues both have battery issues over heating and not staying charge. They have connection issues I will not be buying another refurbished one ever.

Coming in i was nervous about ordering the iphone 12 pro and having it shipped, especially because of the bad reviews. The phone came in almost new no scratches, couple of small dents but its a pre owned so i can understand that. Overall everything was a great experience and fair price, im leaving this review for other to see and feel more safe about buying here.

Great option to capture an iPhone at a great price. This phone was as next to brand new as you can get without any issues. The only downside is I thought the battery life would be a lot better. It’s still a daily charge but in its defense, I do take videos/pics

The screen had a small scratch, but other than that the cellphone worked good.

The cellphone works perfectly fine, it has a good battery health that lasts a entire day without dying. The only issues that I personally had was that the delivery was two days late.

I pay way too much money for a phone that goes straight to the garbage trash, so a waste my money, No one at the Best Buy store solved the problem for me.An SOS appeared on the screen and the phone did not work again.

It is a scam, this cell phone has the entire screen scratched and a lot of money that it cost is not worth it

Love the Pacific blue color. Absolute stunning and takes some getting used to having many lenses, but works better than prior models especially for low light photos

Box got delivered really mangled But was still in excellent condition just like described. Only had it a few days so still trying out some of the features. So far, I’m happy with the purchase.

No scratches, everything works great, beautiful phone and 1007% battery health - very happy with my purchase! Buying a used phone can be an anxiety filled experience - you read the reviews and hope that you're one of the happy customers and are lucky enough to get an "as advertised product." It will be nice if it came in the origal Iphoen case and Iphoen assesories. But who care. its working great.

Apple Pay sensor doesn’t work and battery life is poor. Keep in mind this phone does not come Best Buy themselves, it comes from some third party website that sells used phones.

So far it’s a great phone; love the camera and very compact

Annoyed by the 87% battery health. I wish I bought refurbished from Apple instead as they would’ve provided a brand new battery.

The screen is in good condition, although the frame has a slightly marked mark, but from there everything is fine.

It has no scratches,looks like a new one,works fine.

It works great and I dont have no issues with the phone great product good price and nice color so far i have no issue with this phone will buy again form this company battery needs work but so far so good
