Packaged well. I did some research on iPhones & according to the data the "13" model is the best. No need for costly upgrades to keep up with the "Jones". This model has the BEST features. The repackaging that Best Buy uses isnt that great, however. If you ever get one of these preowned devices, have it sent to the store so that you can actually assess the phone before accepting it. I had an employee open this phone before I touched it because it looked like it would have been damaged. Came out OK.
