    Great phone however I received it with less then 85% battery health causing the phone to constantly be charged and need a battery replacement soon that costs $80-100

    Bought this phone from Best Buy as a gift for my mother. Upon opening, the phone had broken/damaged inside edges despite sealed packaging. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a new product. Ruined the gifting experience.
