Used iPhone 14 in great condition. Much to my surprise you cannot take the phone out of the sealed case before purchase but you can return if unhappy. I took a chance and the phone was in very good condition and even had a brand new battery. We have been using the phone for over a month now and had no issues. Very thankful for the Best Buy pre-owned option to save money and still get a great quality phone.

The iPhone was in great condition Only reason it wasn’t excellent was because of slight scratches around the top ear speaker but I wasn’t expecting perfect condition Battery Health came at 100% capacity I’d buy from again & recommend this to someone trying to upgrade on a budget (relatively speaking)
