Excellent condition is correct! Got my phone with 100% battery life, no scratches or cracks, and works fast! I've had it for around 5-6 months and haven't had any issues whatsoever.

The original phone I had received in the mail had a perfect screen/glass but the glue seemed to be coming up on the sides. I took it to my nearest Best Buy and they replaced it with another one in perfect condition. 10/10 experience and the phone works immaculate. Their return policy is like 14 days in pretty sure so just bring it in if you’re not satisfied. It’s that easy. It was no extra charge and seamless. I get all my electronics from Best Buy open box and I have never been disappointed. I read the reviews and follow the policy. I have purchased 2 pairs of AirPods and now a phone and this is the first time I had to bring anything back, which I was fine with because things happen and the remedied it immediately with no extra headache.

First time getting an iPhone, and saw that Best Buy has pre-owned devices, and they offer a return policy and everything is checked and cleaned before they sell it. I’ve now had it for about six months, and it has performed like new! No issues with any connectivity or charging, and updates have been smooth. As it is susceptible to scratches I put a case and screen protector on, and it’s working as expected. If you’re looking to save a little bit and don’t mind getting pre-owned, I think it’s a good deal.

The phone works perfectly good, the battery has more than 90% capacity. However, the exterior of the phone is far from “Excellent”. It has some pretty visible scratches on the corners in several places. It would be helpful to describe this scratches and attach a picture before advertising the phone as “Excellent”

The customer service was exceptional upon arriving to the store to find a device and I was immediately greeted, welcomed and taken care of by the Best Buy representatives they tended to my needs and made sure they browsed different options to possibly select from.
