BEST BUY DOES NOTHING MORE THEN OVER CHARGE FOR THERE OVER PRICED MERCHANDISE ITS OLD HEAVY TO HOLD TECHNOLOGY BUT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BES BUY AGAIN

Very Very disappointed because I paid so much money for this unlocked iPhone and after 3 months the phone went blank and will not power up . It was never dropped, always in a case . I took really good care of it . This is the reason I refuse to buy another used iPhone

Poor service.they sold me wrong phone.

They send me wrong phone.i order unlock phone & they send me locked phone & i order with sim card option.they send me without sim card phone with sim card .it was gifted & now i can’t return because i send it out of United States.totally waste my money.very poor service.

Best Buy sent me a wrong phone, I ordered iPhone 15 plus 256gb thru online offer , but I received IPhone 15… I opened the box and now they are charging me extra to return my new phone..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
