I haven’t had a new phone in about five years and I cracked mine so I bought one it’s beautiful

Ordered several items. Cancel the items within 60 minutes of ordering them. Was initially told that the owl items except the iPhone were canceled and that I would see receive a refund on the iPhone in 2 to 3 days. Call back several times was told it would be 7 to 10 days before my refund would be issued. There were several several several issues in trying to get my refund. I finally had the person that I sent the iPhone to just take it to a Best Buy store and receive my refund in 2 to 3 days. Multiple communications were had trying to get my money back. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

This phone was sold to me as a Pre-Owned phone. I purchased it in July of 2024 and after an Apple update in April of 2025 it lost all of its phone capabilities, gone, totally useless as a phone. I will never buy another phone from Best Buy again.
