Cheaper than buying a new phone, seems to work well. Only problem is we needed to go get a new SIM card as not able to make phone calls or text without wi-fi.

I initially purchased a used iPhone6 for my son and within a week the screen did not work. He could receive calls and respond as if the screen still displayed but unless you have the screen memorize - useless. I returned the phone to Best Buy - the only complaint was they do not keep those in the stores so we had to wait another week or so for the replacement. The replacement works Great!!

The phone arrived promptly which I was happy to see. It was in good condition and I would recommend it as a good option to upgrade without having to pay full price or commit to a contract.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 from BestBuy, and while it looked acceptable when I received it, after one week of light use the screen stopped working properly. While typing, scrolling, or tapping the screen, the screen will randomly not respond to any touch. The only solution is to hit the lock button on the side of the phone, re-unlock it, and to try typing/scrolling again. When people call me, I can't even swipe to answer the phone. I could be in the middle of typing a message, or scrolling through a feed, when all of a sudden the whole screen will become unresponsive. I would have returned my item, but by the time my screen started acting up, there was not enough time to ship the item back. I am currently working in Sweden and shipping my item wouldn't have made it back in time for the 30 day return policy. I would not recommend buying refurbished items from BestBuy, they obviously do not thoroughly test their products. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

I was skeptical about buying a phone online. With many questions going through my head like what if its fake or what if its not the right thing . I read the other reviews and noticed a couple negative comments and that made me think even worse but i still decided to give this one a chance so when it came it look brand new and it worked perfectly fine i only wish it came with headphones other than that everything was amazing and ive had it for a week and i still have no problems with the phone

Opted for pre-owned to save money. This one was in excellent physical condition however, I returned it due to a data problem.

My screen doesn't respond to touch and clicks on its own randomly. I don't know if it was the company or ups because the package was delayed for some reasons and my package could have been handled badly.

Arrived on time, looks like new and has been running smoothly so far except the part where the phone heats up a lot while using snapchat filters. The camera and sound works great, but for some weird reason the camera makes shutter noises while clicking pictures even when the phone is on silent. The phone came with a generic charger and not original apple charger which is fine as it works just like the original. However, it would have been great if they had provided earphones with it. All in all, I would say it was a good and reliable source for purchasing my phone.

Best Buy makes it affordable to meet our family's tech needs. We have 3 college students with 3 different majors each at a different university. They each need a good smart phone and integration with their mac to keep up with their assignments. This is the 3rd preowned that we've purchased from Best Buy, and we've had zero issues with the quality.

The phone is great, functions well and has one minor barely noticeable scratch on the back. The only issue with the phone was the battery, but I solved that myself. If you make this purchase just be prepared to get the battery replaced.

Best way to buy your electronics its best buy online. Avoid the hassle of dealing with a sales associate

If you have been weary about purchasing refurbished, then don't be. Sure, you don't get the original package, but you do get a slightly blemished phone in working order. Nothing that a new case wouldn't cover up anyhow.

Phone appeared as new...don't know what was expected, but was surprised...should have had some basic instructions, need to buy SIM card for instance...a little help from BB personal would have been nice...

Device came in excellent condition. Packaging was not impressive, this is one area that can be improved. For example, I was sent a quick start guide for an Android despite ordering an iPhone.

Would recommend to anyone who is new to iPhones this is a good phone
