Purchased this for a child’s phone, the phone itself looked excellent but the battery life was terrible, would not hold a charge!

The phone has a nice features and is a great gift for a friend.

My son hasn't used it yet, but it the casing looks brand new!

Phone is fully refurbished. Looks absolutely brand new. Great service at the Best Buy mobile desk. Just make sure it works with your network because there is a $45 Re-stocking fee if it does not work with your provider. Otherwise, great value.

I bought an Apple - Pre-Owned (Excellent) iPhone 6 16GB Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Space Gray. As you can see, it says "EXCELLENT". But the battery charge does not last even 6 hours. I charged it fully, left it on, made NO PHONE CALLS and 6 hours later I had to recharge the phone. How is it possible that Best Buy rates as EXCELLENT a phone whose battery doesn't even last a 1/4 of the day AND WITH MINIMAL USE????

Nice phone but had problems getting it set up. Kept getting no signal and searching. Finally got it working decent. Time will tell how long it lasts..

Bought this pre owned phone. Works like a charm. I know it's a few years old compared to the iPhone 7. But still does all the same tricks to my knowledge like Apple Pay.

I receive my iphone by mail, and I when to Mexico, then I try to used it, it turn on but the screen seem like somebody or something is touching it or dialing it

I wanted an iPhone for my grandson's birthday but did not want to pay full price for a new one. This refurbished one has been perfect for him so far. He has had no problems with it and has really been enjoying it. My opinion-- well worth the price!

Battery sucked...had to walk around with the charger. But it worked fine other than that.

I bought this item because of the "excellent" remarks that came with it however i can bearly hear the voice of the one using it even if you'd use the speaker phone..and it's battery is not working good. It easily drains both when used or even when not being used.over night. By the way I gave it as a gift to my neice. I hope Best Buy could do something about it.

This phone is like new. Not a scratch anywhere. Battery life is phenomenal! They must have put a new one in. I would highly recommend the iPhone 6, as well as the refurbishing group.
