    The phone comes in great condition and it doesn't come with the original charger,also earphones are not included as the phone is used.

    The cell phone I purchased had a defective battery . I TOOK IT TO a local repair shop and had the battery replaced .I was very disappointed with the phone . I expected better from Best Buy .

    My daughter was so excited to get this phone even though it was not a brand new phone. She was still using an iPhone 4 and could not do a lot of things for school. I could not add apps to her old phone to track things to make sure she was making good decisions and staying safe. I am very pleased with the phone and the customer service provided by Best Buy!
