The comes with acrílico box, not original charger and the charger port is no working properly. I didn't ask to fix yet. I thought my charger was damage or I don't know. But I already switched the power cord I don't know how many times and keep no charging or connect and desconect...iPhone is a good phone, but is the second I bought on the Best Buy and comes with issue.

Overall the phone was in good condition, it did have very minor dents. However, the only problems I have came across is that the phone is slow and the camera shutter noise will not come off! It gets very annoying trying to take pictures with a very loud shutter noise.

The exterior condition of the phone was great, but once I started using it I noticed that the battery couldn't hold a charge for longer then 2 hours. I had to replace it and this ended up adding an extra $50 to my cost. I was disappointed because I was told it was in excellent condition.

Honestly, I love the phone. The only signs of it being pre-owned is a minor scratch on the top left corner of the phone. Other than that the phone is amazing. The only reason this phone will not get a 5 star review is the fact that there is no insurance available. I spoke to a best buy and applecare representatives BEFORE purchasing the phone and both told me I would be able to get insurance. Well after purchasing the phone Apple told me that I wasn't eligible for applecare and there would be a $35 fee to return it to best buy. This is just as much apple's fault as it is best buy's, but I think that if best buy is going to sell a phone for almost $400 there should be some type of insurance for the phone. If you have bad luck with phones I would not purchase this phone.

I bought this iphone for my daughter and am disappointed with the fact that there is no way of turning off the sound when it takes photos. She has friends with this same phone and it is not an issue with theirs. The battery also dies very fast.

I ordered a gold, but i got a silver instead. I dont know why.

The only complaint is that the battery does not function properly. So that would have to be replaced.

Arrived on time, looks like new and has been running smoothly so far except the part where the phone heats up a lot while using snapchat filters. The camera and sound works great, but for some weird reason the camera makes shutter noises while clicking pictures even when the phone is on silent. The phone came with a generic charger and not original apple charger which is fine as it works just like the original. However, it would have been great if they had provided earphones with it. All in all, I would say it was a good and reliable source for purchasing my phone.

After receiving my iphone and after staring at it, i noticed my facetime front camera is off center, looks like a crescent shape. Googled it up and sure enough, a known issue on most iphone 6. I will observe, and if it gets worse, will be returning it. This is supposed to be best buy certified refurbished, at least that's what the case says.

It does what I needed just not in the way I wished it would but it was a great price

I was not helped by staff interested in selling. Pay them better if they show more enthusiasm. Also no information as to what to do with the phone after purchase.

Until I received an iPhone 7plus product red as a gift and I can honestly say I'm disappointed that I wasted nearly $400 on the iPhone 6 since it's value on here is high the buy back price is a total rip off.

Nice phone but had problems getting it set up. Kept getting no signal and searching. Finally got it working decent. Time will tell how long it lasts..

You need to buy a separate original apple charging cable or it won’t work.

Issues with the microphone and the speaker when using phone call programs (skype, whatsapp, wechat, facetime...)

Thought this was a good buy but found one better on a new phone with more mb
