I'm really happy with this phone that I bought a week ago, it looks like new. If I can give 100 starts to this review I'll put it. It's my first time buying pre owned cellphones and I have to said I was scared, but when I went to the bestbuy store and picked up my phone I was really happy, it looks as the same view when you go to the Apple Store and buy a new phone, with the same stickers. The only thing i can say I am not really happy it's the charger, it's a universal charger but it's not a problem for my because I have an original iPhone charger at home before. I have to say that after a week using this phone I didn't have the first disappointed with the phone. The battery of the phone it's really good, I used to charge my phone from 10 pm to 5 am, I used my phone frequently in the day and when I am going to sleep and charge the phone at night again it's 15% and Im really happy with that. From now I'm not gonna buy new phones, only pre owned cellphones from Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy, I'm really happy!

The phone I buy is in very good conditions, not scratches, looks like new, any problem.

I purchased a Refurbished iPhone 6 Plus from my local Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with the product. It was extremely important to find a PHONE that wouldn't have issues with dropped calls, or dropped FORWARDED calls, because it was going to become the Main Line for our business. I was ALSO worried of buying a Refurbished product, because I have never before, but also because it was a First Generation Apple product, and an iPhone 6 Plus, at that! I can tell you with great confidence: If you're debating purchasing one of these, don't waste too much more time looking around. Just buy it, and get it over with. Your time is much better spent elsewhere. The condition was absolutely flawless. The performance is excellent. All my worries were pointless, and it's been about a month now of usage, but the phone still performs Exceptionally well, despite the heavy usage. The price was also excellent: I paid $400 for the phone, in full, and it was also Unlocked for Verizon, like I needed. Luckily, it was the last one. Perfection!!! Thank you!

Love it! Could not find any dents or scratch, battery life seems fine, finger print sender is wonderful...everything works fine...but the devise was set with Portuguese and even I tried to change it to English on initial set up, language did not change. I through whole set up process with Portuguese. (I don't speak the language so I guessed everything and I was lucky.) After that I could successfully change it to English. No problem since then. Strange but it is true story. It came with generic cable and charger.

I was a bit skeptical but overall I've had no problems with the phone. All the functions work perfectly the camera is great and the color is beautiful. It came with a charger as well!

Nice cellphone for the price. I bought it for my son as he prepares to enter college. No problems yet. I will recommend it to everyone.

I brought this phone for my daughter. the phone was pre owned but looked like brand new. my daughter is extremely happy with it.

I'm already a fan of iPhones, so if you're an Android fan, this may not be the item for you. While the 6 may seem outdated in 2017, this phone came in pristine condition and works almost as if it is brand new. It is still fast and responsive, has a great camera, and the battery life is still absolutely amazing.

Phone came in wonderful condition! Will be buying a refurbished phone from Best Buy again!
