    I bought this used iPhone, and took it as a present overseas. Upon my return to the US I learned that the battery would drain real fast and needed to be exchanged. I would never buy used electronics from Best Buy again

    Not worth getting a pre-owned phone batter doesn’t not last I can use my phone for 10m and it’s already at 20% DONT GET A PRE OWNE JUST BUY IT NEW!!!! First and last time I purchase a used anything!!!!

    The phone itself is in fair/good shape however, the battery does not last more than 5-6 hours. I personally bought from Best Busy because I trust their products. However, this product did not follow suit.

    It won’t hold a charge for longer than maybe 4 hrs. When it goes off it has you start set up all over again. Kinda sad cuz it’s for my handicapped daughter so I can reach her.

    I was surprised that the phone's battery was bad. The phone told me as soon as I turned it on that the battery was bad. I was so disappointed. I returned the phone the next day.
