Not in condition like the description..the Camera works half the time, doesn’t get good signal. Can be dangerous especially if there’s an emergency. It’s in good condition not excellent

Remember this, when you buy something used, don’t expect things to go always smoothly. That been said, Sometimes this phone does some crazy thing and it needs to full reset to fix it.

This product has a defective battery that requires charging twice a day. I would appreciate if you can replace the battery for this product.

don't buy! Manny issue with the phone. They said it was in excellent condition but its not. For one the battery life sucks real bad.

well . . . . after several visits to ATT and BEST BUY within 72 hrs, it turns out the 6S REFURB IPHONE is defective. from the way the staff were discussing the issue (the headset being even gently touched at the plug-in was disconnecting the calls) i felt that 6S REFURB and return issues is not an uncommon situation. a very sharp GEEK SQUAD member noticed that the screen was intermittently flashing. WOW, my eyes did not pick that up. SO. how did this refurb get the green light to be put in inventory?? the staff at BEST BUY were incredible; very grateful for that!!

The phone battery is bad when I got mine the battery health is 82 and now it’s on 79 i have to keep it on charge or it will die

The phone physically was in excellent condition. The only issue was that the speaker was not working properly since I received it. When I receive calls or call out people can’t hear me.

Batter wouldn't charge (bad cord) new cord allowed charge but phone would not turn on. returned it

Refurb phone in “excellent” condition had non functioning voice receiver, so callers could only hear me when on speaker phone. That’s a fatal flaw for a phone, and should have been discovered in testing. Repair would take weeks and BB would not cover cost. I am returning the phone.

The battery drains out pretty quick and did not even last for more than few hours.
