Got a bad 6s form BB, Returned and ordered an "excellent" cond one and paid the premium. Geek squad tested battery to be 83%, defective is 80 or below. Had about 1 month of use left. Phone had 2 inch stain on back that could not be removed. Manager said this was good or lower condition. Returned it and apologised to us. Gave store credit.

Though it should have worked with verizon it did not. We we're still charged 35.00 restocking fee through Best Buy. Even with it being unlocked if your through verizon don't buy.

Purchased an "Unlocked" phone. Went to Spectrum to start their service. The device kept up showing Device Unavailable. Spectrum agent stated they have had probs with "unlocked' phones from Best Buy as the device still had a "connection" with the original carrier

Phone delivered on time. I kept phone for charging as it is not getting ON. After 10 mins after charging, touched the phone and found it is very HOT. Phone is getting heated even if we take the call for 2 mins. Waited for this phone and lost my time.

the phone turns off out of no where . when im in a call the other person on the line cannot hear me . i wish i didnt throw away my reciept because i would definitely return it if i did .

Refurbished phone that had hardware issues. Returned and new phone purchased. Sometime that happens when you try to save a few dollars

I ordered the phone and it came with hardly any cosmetic damage. However the charger was very generic and the phone itself did not charge.

As of today I am not happy with product. Anyway I am taking back to store to show the issue. Hope they will fix this. If I am not out of country I would have come to store in 3 days to return.

Not working at all only used a few times no crack no scratches not damages screen just stopped working “digitizer”

Got this phone to use when I go out of the country.It’s absolute garbage. Claimed it was like new. But once we turned on the phone there was many problems.

When we ordered this it was looked up by sprint compatible phones, when taken to Sprint to activate we were told it was an ATT phone and could not be used with Sprint.

Best Buy tried to pass this phone off as excellent and I have had nothing but issues and they are refusing to assist me with the matter.

I ordered this phone thinking it was the plus and it was actually just the 6s and I didn’t like how small it was

Had to return this phone. Sound was not good and the ring tone was very low for a 'high' setting.

The phone restarted 5/ 6 times once it was updated, and think 2 times when you buy a 6s in 2020 with 16GB.

Stopped working in less than 3 months. Wasted money. No good help given by customer service.

After receiving the phone the same day, I was disappointed to find out that the phone was boot looping. Very frustrating.

This stopped working and can’t be returned. It has barely been over a month. Very disappointing!!

Broke within 6 months can’t push any thing while on phone and won’t disconnect calls

Touch ID doesn't work. Dissappointed. I'd like a refund.
