I purchased two of them so both my daughters could have phones. It’s a great iPhone for the price. Haven’t had any issues with it being pre owned. Looks like new. Very satisfied and I love the apple family sharing so I can set limits, i get a message and have to approve an app before they can download it. We FaceTime, I know locations, etc. Descent camera for a child. Also would make a good phone for an elderly person. My 65 year old mom has one too and can navigate it pretty easily.

So beautiful and now I can do to many things whit this gorgeous fhone, easily do any thing and faster, the pictures whit this fhone camera y so real.. fantastic!! and so light to carry in a I pocket o purge... I recommend this gorgeous fhone !!!

This is my first iPhone and I am so happy with it. I love the color and it is in wonderful condition. I had some issues with the shipping, but my local Best Buy store was extremely helpful and cooperative in resolving the issue.

great backup. use it for old photos and it works great as an ipod substitute.

The camera don’t work I leaving to Mexico that way I buy the phone to take it with me bad choice I put my chip until I leaving when I take pictures the camera don’t focus the picture are blurry I come back for my trip and I go Best Buy to let them know but they say sorry you 15 days passs I am in Mexico what do you want me to do come back ?????? Now I buy a phone with bad camera

I went the refurbished route because new phones are pretty expensive and I needed one for work. I had never purchased a refurbished phone before so I was a little skeptical of what to expect. Although the phone does not come in an Apple box, this one was in excellent condition and packaged nicely! It was an unlocked phone for Cricket, which was as easy as pie to set up. Insert sim card and you are ready to go! Phone charges great, no scratches, looks brand new. I will definitely keep Best Buy refurbished phones in mind when I need to get a phone next time.

I’ve long lusted after an iPhone, but reluctant to spend the big bucks. So a refurbished, not quite cutting edge phone - unlocked, so as not to be tied to one cellular company - seemed the way to go. I’m liking the phone a lot, and getting used to the Apple lifestyle.

My daughter purchased a refurbished iPhone 6s and the description BestBuy gave was accurate, phone came in great condition. It was missing a SIM card, disappointed, but it was easy to get one at Verizon or Best Buy store. Just took me a bit to figure out where I had to go. Besides that, the phone arrived by the date they stated when purchased. Very pleased.

The phone was rated as excellent condition and I found it without any scratches and dent. Overall I think it was a good buy. Though it doesn't come with headphone and original charger

I upgraded my iphone 5c to a iphone 6s. I was worried it would be bulkier and not as easy to use as my 5c but I am happily surprised it is even easier! My switch over was super simple and seamless. I am really happy with the speed and the camera quality. Getting a pre-owned phone was definitely the right mood for me. A great phone for a price I could afford.

This is not the first purchase I make from Best Buy on a pre-owned device, however I must say this item was not worth the $$. At first we tested out the phone at the store and it work... later on at night, the phone needed to be charge and it was place with the cable that cam in the box (which is not the original one). The phone was left untouched for about 1.5 - 2 hrs. charging and the phone said it was on 20% battery life. We tried with other Apple power cords and still the status of the battery was the same. A few moments later the phone said it was on 86%. During the process the screen was not working at all. The common screen gestures (up, down, left right, double tap, zoom in, zoom out, etc.). The following day the product was having the same issues and we decide to take it to Apple. Long store ended up getting a credit an purchase an UNLOCKED iPhone 8+, directly with Apple. It really upsetting, that Best Buy would have a products claiming it is in excellent condition and it really wasn't.

Phone came in great condition. Besides 3 noticeable stratches on the back of phone where the gold is and on the apple logo, the phone is in great condition & works/functions excellent.

The phone came quick and In excellent condition as listed. I’ve had the phone for almost a month and have had no problem so far things are running smoothly. All I had to do was remove my old SIM card from my ZTE phone from AT&T and put it in the iphone. I love my new iphone and will be ordering my husband one soon

Bought this for my daughter and it was in pristine condition, no dents, scratches or cracks. She’s loving it only negative is the battery life. It dies really quickly she gets maybe 8 hrs use which is enough screen time in my opinion.

The good n bad,. Phone is good ,camara is good. Battery is bad will not hold all day have to charge at least 3 times a day. This is with my 85 year old mom useing it.

Very please that the phone came in pretty fast! It was in excellent shape!

I need more storage space and the quality needs to be improved
