For the most part it was a good phone. When I first received it i thought it would come with headphones, charger and all that good stuff put unfortunately it didn’t, but over all i would recommend

Bought this phone for my 17 year old son and he just LOVES it!! Works just as good as a brand new phone. No problems, but I would still recommend getting the Geek Guys insurance on it...just in case. My only dislike was the cheap "knock off" charger cord that came with the phone. Was not an apple charger, and it literally broke on him within a week. Fortunately, I purchased another when I purchased the phone as a backup charger.

Easy to Use and Easy to Set-up. I would recommend this IPhone for anyone who wants a great phone for an affordable price.

The phone was in great condition and everything was working fine. My only complaint is the fact there were a few small scratches/dents.

Great iPhone, but the cable wasn't original. It's a insignia cable, wasn't bad I didn't expect this.

I am disappointed that the charging wire did not work. It worked the first time but after that never did. I did not even know it would be some company called "Shark" providing the accessories. I bought the phone as a gift for my Dad.

When I received this refurbished phone by mail, it was not unlocked. I took it to my local Best Buy store and they were able to resolve my issue. While the specific product I received wasn’t helpful, Best Buy customer service was.

Works fine everything was in good condition, only thing I found annoying was it came with a sticker on the back with a barcode and numbers and it won't come off and looks terrible and weird

I was skeptical about getting a pre owned iPhone at first, but this phone is great! I love the camera and the IOS. The battery life is not too bad either

Phone works great, but we had to purchase a new battery with 3 months. Other than that, it has worked without any issues.

Finally upgrading from iPhone 5 to 6 and I love this refurbished iPhone 6s beautiful display and was easy to switch apps and info to, highly recommended for someone looking to save a little money!

I love the fact that Best Buy now has this option, I wouldn't have purchased another phone through my provider ever again, so having this option out there got me in to a new phone at a very reasonable price without all of the provider BS.

This iPhone did not come unlocked and I am unable to use it. I purchased it on December 23rd and here it is January 28th, during this time I have been waiting for an email with shipping labels that "could take a little while". I have spoken with Best Buy customer service, my carrier Straight Talk, Apple, Sprint, AT&T, and an outsourced warranty company Best Buy uses for their pre-owned phones. Per various instructions I have put FOUR different SIM cards I had to wait for as well with the same results. One of the many things I tried caused my current phone's SIM card to "expire" leaving me without a phone at all for almost a week while a yet another SIM was mailed to me. This entire experience has been a huge runaround and I will not be purchasing any pre-owned items from Best Buy in the future.

Pretty good for the price and good starter phone for someone looking to not spend too much.

low battery life, but it gets better after the first few charges. Besides battery life everything else works just like a brand-new iPhone.

Received it in a timely matter. The condition of the phone was almost perfect despite a small sticker placed right over the small print on the back of the phone. I easily removed it with a damp piece of cotton and alcohol. Other than that it worked perfectly .

Came w/ generic charger not brand. It was advertised as "excellent", I'd call it good or very good, not excellent since it had a small scratch in the back of the phone. For what I paid 380 tax included, definitively not worth it. You get a used iphone 6s with a tricky battery and a non-brand charger. Not happy.

iPhone arrive early and looked new. no scratches on the front or back of phone.

Works fine, no issues yet. Feels used tho, but i have a fully functional iPhone for $100 so it’s worth it IMO

The color is chipped by the camera and the battery length is short but other than that it works okay it's just that I can tell that it was preowned.
