First time iphone 'plus' user and man- what a difference! No more squinting, it works like a charm, buying "unlocked" mean NO new cell contract terms (yipee!) and the price was right. Buying this Pre-owned (Excellent) was a definite plus.

I had been watching this item but was unsure about a used phone.....well this has so far been GREAT !! This phone looks brand new, works very well and lots on memory. I would buy a phone from here again !!

I bought similar phone from Bestbuy site. This is my worst purchase experience . The phone cane and never power up. Accessories were of cheap quality. I returned next day to store. Seriously such a waste of time and money. Bestbuy should screen their products better. Never buy one . Some places offer 1 year warranty on refurbished phone. Try them.

They sent me broken charger also there's no headphones the phone didn't look like new. I keep the phone because don't have a phone that time.

The phone arrived in excellent condition and is working well so far. Shipping was extremely faster than expected!

Had issues with the phone within 4 days of receiving it, brought it in to Best Buy and was told since I didn't purchase Geek Squad insurance at the time there was nothing they could do! Took the phone to Apple Store and though I purchased it through Best Buy, Apple repaired it for free. Buyer beware.
