I never had a iPhone before,this is my first one, I love this phone,I can download everything that I have on Microsoft surface tablet on my phone .

Good quality but I don’t get original charger and no earphone. That’s why i give 4 stars

Phone works great and no scratches on screen, but there were 2 nicks on side and a sticker marking (easily cleaned) on back. Could have been tad more stringent on the grading and called it very good condition not excellent given the noticeable nicks. Overall, okay with purchase; but other deals might be had elsewhere for same condition.

This is my second phone I ordered. The first one didn't say excellent and I had to return it, best buy was great. This phone said excellent and it is! It's like a brand new phone. I love it.

Not working properly. Speaker were broken. I think people did not check properly before they sent. Thanks to best buy* they have good policies for their customers.

A great smartphone, which does everything it's supposed to do correctly. Gets extra points for tremendous battery life.

Phone is good. Came with stuck but operable button. Thanks to YouTube- button works like new. Whoever refurbishes these phones should be retrained :)

I purchased this iPhone 6s Plus few days ago. It's look like new and working great. Just need to have some problem on massaging which I need to fix.

Item returned due to some defects. Twice placed order , twice returned. May be pre-owned Phones aren't safe to believe. Go for geek squad certified ones.

The phone came quickly and was in really great condition. It was a pre-owned unlocked iPhone 6s Plus. Everything is working great and I love the bigger size.

At first I was worried about buying a used phone but the phone is great! Awesome condition works just fine! Looks good as new and I love the size of the phone! Totally recommend buying this iPhone!

Bought this for my daughter on her birthday and she absolutely loves everything about this phone just wished they had more colors to choose from like a blue one would be nice but overall it’s an excellent phone

This pre own Apple phone looks like brand new. Working very fine without any issue.

iPhone 6S Plus 64G. Love the larger size. Easier on my eyes. Battery has long life. Camera and Live Pictures are amazing.

The phone had no scratches and worked great with good battery charge

I got this as per the said date. Does not have a genuine charger and no headphones. After 5 minutes of video call, the phone heats up. There was no scratch and only a small spot in one of the corner.i will be returning this .
