I knew it would have slight imperfections like scratch marks, but what I don't like is the phones backside gets real hot even without charging it. Better off getting a new phone not pre owned.

I purchased for my daughter for a Christmas gift, she opened on Christmas and the phone was not a working phone. The cosmetics were near perfect, no scratches or damage. However the internal phone was dead! The IPhone had a known issue according to the Geek Squad tech. there is NO cellular service available for the phone, additionally the battery had a service now warning. It is currently at Best Buy and they are shipping it to Apple. The Geeks said it is going to be at least 50.00 or more to replace the defective battery that came with the phone and they do not cover that cost. it will be at least 10 business days before it will be back. My advise is BUYER BEWARE. The reason i purchased from Best Buy is typically they stand behind their merchandise, not this time. Very disappointed.

It had scratches on the back and on the Apple logo I had one scratch and on the camera around it was a little scratch but the phone was A-OK who is in a good condition to use

Great phone for my 7 year old. It was very affordable, and with a tough case suitable for her age group very reliable. Definitely would buy again.

This is the second iPhone that I have purchased from Best Buy! Bought this iPhone as a gift and was extremely impressed with it! It was in very good condition. No problems so far since buying it and she loves it tremendously!!!

Excellent purchase to add to my private collection. Screen was flawless and only had a small scuff at the top right corner. Only drawback was the battery was at 72% and needing to be replaced. That was no big deal because Best Buy is an Apple authorized service provider and a week later I took it in to have the battery replaced. Now I have a pristine condition iPhone 7 with a battery that is reporting 100%. These are finally come down in price that is reasonable enough to purchase for collector reasons

Overheats a lot even with brand new battery. Don’t forget to buy an apple battery. Lame! Does have a headphone jack. Only uses Bluetooth.

I got this phone as replacement for my teenage daughter. The reason I got the unlocked version is because she is under prepaid plans, so unlocked version allows to switch carriers as needed, and to have as s back up phone for international travel. Initially we were not able to swipe the SIM card right away, but it was easily resolved by going to the carrier store and getting a new SIM card ( around $10). Certain carriers will have no issues when you put a SIM card from one phone device to an unlocked one, but for some carriers you just have to get a new SIM card (phone number and all data remains the same) just to sync info and services to the unlocked device.

At first I was very skeptical about buying this item but when it got here it did not have any noticeable scratches on the back and none on the front. I was very satisfied with this purchase and recommend buying.

This is the second time I have used BB to buy an unlocked phone. The delivery was on time, the phone has no scratches and worked. I am surprised neither was packed very well but they both survived. This phone had 1000 charges on it already with an average battery strength which is a bit disappointing. My other had like 100 charges so I guess it's the lottery in terms of battery health. Still price good and pristine screen and shell did not disappoint
