The Touch ID feature does not work and the phone has a tendency to get hot but not worth returning.

This iPhone is in great condition. I’ve had it for about a month. There are not cosmetic scratches, and it seems to run great. The only thing that doesn’t appear optimum is potentially the battery life - it loses the battery life very quickly sometimes. Could be the cold weather, or it could be the old battery itself. Other than that, buying a refurbished phone was a great idea and I’m really happy about my purchase.

100% happy with my purchase. I bought this for my daughter, 10. I was concerned about it being used, but a new crappy phone is just as pricey so I gave it a shot. It came in a so-so generic cardboard box which is expected since it is used. It had the phone, charger cord and the outlet box. I checked it out and it seems great. One small scuff on the back but otherwise looks brand new. The battery worried me, but hers is at 92! My 8+ that I bought brand new is at 78 so hers actually came better off than mine is. Ha! Anyway, I’d say if you’re on the fence, I vote yes, but it. We have had it for a couple of weeks now and a he lives on this thing - playing roblox and random apps, watching YouTube and calling/texting her friends. My favorite part is finding out Apple had built in parental control features that I can set up from my phone to literally go in and add contacts and delete them, to put time limits on app use so she doesn’t stay up all night etc. I had NO IDEA! This makes it so much easier and I can do it all from my phone without her even realizing haha - Also, I put it in an otterbox defender case like my own phone and would highly suggest doing that regardless of age. The case has a built in screen protector and has kept my 8+ looking new since it first came out years ago.

The phone arrived and was as described. It was like new condition. Works as it should. Setup was amazingly easy. Put new phone next to old and told it we were Updating from Older phone. It completed setup and daughter even said the YouTube video was on same video and spot as the old phone that was dropped.

My IPhone 6 went south during the pandemic and I had to do something fast without going broke! This refurbished IPhone 7 was just the answer that saved me!! It works great and it was very affordable! I recommend having an extra phone on hand just in case this happens to you.... It helps also to spend that extra .99 cents a month for The Cloud backup so you can reload all your apps too!

Good phone for my young child have all the features needed and the price was reasonable compared to other places shopped around at. Best Buy was the cheapest.

Bought this phone for my mom to replace her ancient iPhone. She loves it! For the price, condition, and 128GB of storage, you will not be disappointed.

Nice gift for my little sister. this Iphone is in excellent conditions and works perfect.

After comparing this phone and the new SE. The 7 is was the best choice for the price and storage. There is one blemish scratch on the bottom but can be hidden with a case. I also had to buy a new battery but besides this happy with the purchase.

Way overdue for an upgrade (iPhone 4S from 2011). This iPhone 7 has a larger screen and of course with my protective case (this is a must due to the thinness of phone), it's not as compact to stole away in a pocket. Cargo or tactical pants is a must! Has a great camera that take sharp images. Great improvement over the my old phone of course!

So far it has arrived earlier than expected. Was a great deal an so far has worked perfectly with no issues. Thankful I got for a test price..

The phone is great and id recommend buying , but the battery kinda dies fast but it’s good over all.

This is a great IPhone for the money. Size and memory are great.

This me and my son’s first time purchasing an iPhone (Android user for years) and first unlocked phone. I can say that I’m actually impressed on how excellent condition the phone was in (being pre-owned) when I picked it up from Best Buy! The two iPhones 7’s were practically brand new looking! set up was easy with great step by step instructions to help navigate activation. Put in the new sims cards and it was ready go! I love that the unlocked iPhone doesn’t have all that carrier bloat wear and my son just loves that he can play games he couldn’t previously play having a more powerful processor than his previous android. Apple Pay set up is great with finger print ID made it easy to log into the mobile phone and use for App purchases instead of entering a password every time. The only con would be setting up a new Apple ID is a little bit annoying process and takes a little longer than expected but otherwise simple enough with all the prompts. Will definitely be purchasing more unlocked mobile iPhones in the future!!

Long delivery time i’m not sure why it took so long for the handling to get it shipped. I was happy to do business with a reputable company versus People off the street.

It came with it a changer chord and a base (both were not apple products), I don't really mind but know yours might not come with apple chargers. The battery was completely dead, and took a while to turn on. After it was fully charged, I started setting up my apple ID & I noticed that the device was heating up (after only using it for approximately 4-5ish minutes), and the battery drains pretty fast. A few days later I did an online chat with an agent, asking if I was able to return it, and you can, but there's a 10% restocking fee for the product. Overall, the phone functions fairly well, the only problems I'm having is with the battery life and the camera photo quality is blurry. I didn't expect the greatest quality as it is preowned and an older version iPhone.

Great phone for the pice, goof camera and excellent condition.
