Refurbished iPhone 7 is working great for my teen 1 month later. Came with a non apple charger which broke already (but my kids break any and all). Just a few fine scratches on the screen that you can’t see once the screen protector was put on. Overall— totally worth the $150 savings off new

It was defective. It got extremely hot, before I even finished activating it. Also, the return process was a nightmare. The phone representative was awful and said I’d be charged a restocking fee on a defective phone. The chat reps were more helpful, but still didn’t guarantee a refund without a restocking fee. I definitely won’t ever buy any electronics used/renewed/refurbished EVER again.

Ordered this phone as a gift for my son, phone arrived late and the description didn’t mention that the phone has a crack going straight across the top.

Having owned an iPhone years ago I was looking to replace a broken out of warranty phone with something to get me by. This phone is a great deal. Comes like new with no surface or cosmetic chips, dents, etc. Battery doesn't quite hold charge like a new product, but this is to be expected from a model several years old. I would buy again.

Dont normally purchase refurbished phones specially an iphone but then it was a gift to my sister. Its been a year and 3 months or so, only issue shes having problems with the battery dying out pretty fast but I guess based on how long shes been using it, battery life will decrease and only matter of time until she upgrades, so far positive input for an used phone.

Okay condition for the price. I took it to the Apple store and they verified all components to be in working condition except the screen which was not original.

The Phone looks like a new phone. But after playing you tube songs continuously for about 20 minutes it was very warm and it is not normal like the other phone I owned. I went to return it 2 days before the return window ends, the store clerk said it passed the return window and she even dropped the phone by the counter. I am not happy with this kind of people work there. Its not the store issue, the workers treating customers that way. I will try again to return.

Everything worked right out of the box. It was easy to setup and transfer data from my old iPhone. Works great.

We were a little hesitant on buying a refurbished iPhone .phone is in great shape , doesn’t not come in an Apple box or Apple charger . Have had it maybe 3 weeks we are glad we purchased it.we noticed a black line on th screen but it was past the 14day return policy, we dicided to keep it & we are hoping it lasts a while. My not so “excellent condition“ reconditioned iPhone Was not only overpriced Particularly since every other color was priced $40 less however out of stock but also not in excellent condition. It came with some cheap aftermarket accessories and the screen seemed to be installed incorrectly. The screen wasn’t installed correctly as it was popping out on the sides. All in all I was extremely disappointed. The entire experience left a bad taste. Starting With the overzealous questioning prior to entry. Do I really need to make an appointment to purchase a phone? really guys??? The salesman’s attitude was as if he was doing me a favor Yet I contributed towards his paycheck I’m sure they still get paid commission? Seems retailers are closing left and right but Best Buy would rather harangue their fortunate abundance of customers prior to even entering the store however ignore customers in need of assistance completely once they enter the door. I gave them to Star’s because I was grateful to find a replacement phone on a moments notice despite an overwhelming disappointment with the actual experience

Not the first iPhone7 I’ve owned overall good camera, large storage space more gigs than previous. Not my first choice in color options but hey it’s what was the only high gigabyte available at the time. Other than that it’s not the best in battery saving but it can last with a few adjustments to usage.

Good product and price. Will recommend if you don’t want to buy new

I wasn’t happy with the newer phones being released and decided to get this refurbished phone. The phone I received has no visible scratches or damage and works flawlessly. I saved a lot of money purchasing a refurbished older phone and would recommend others to do the same.

You can't pass up the deals you can get on a refurbished iPhone as opposed to purchasing new. The prices keep climbing with each new release. I feel that buying refurbished permits both affordability and better features for your money (IE - a 128GB VS 32GB). Only complaint is that the condition leaves a bit to be desired, though that is usually masked by your case anyhow.
