Touch Screen Didn't Work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There were no obvious scratches or dents to the outside of the phone, but after only a few hours of use, the touch screen started having problems. It would cut in and out and wouldn't recognize any inputs, which made using the phone nearly impossible. I thought the 1 year warranty was a good deal, but the company wanted me to pay to ship the phone to them. A quick search online showed that they were a sketchy warranty company and that they often sent people broken replacements, so I just returned the phone to Best Buy. Of course, returning the phone incurs a restocking fee. Be careful.

Great phone.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone itself is great, but I was sent a scratched up phone that was supposed to be in “used excellent condition”. Unfortunately out of stock to get a replacement.
