In the end Best Buy tried to make my purchase a good one. My phones appearance was excellent however the head speaker and battery needs replaced. Best Buy provided me with a gift card to assist in offset the repair cost.

Phone was in great condition and is working well. My only complaint is the battery health was at 85% upon receiving. Other than battery health I am very happy with this purchase

Purchased this refurbished iPhone for my 10 yr old daughter. This was her first iPhone. The phone was in excellent condition. The iPhone didn’t come with headphones or a charger. I was disappointed about that but after reading several reviews of customers having issues with their iPhone battery, scratched screen, etc… I realized it was a minor problem that I didn’t receive an Apple charger cord & ear buds.

Good used iphone. Everything works fine. Good battery. Minor scratches on the screen.

Phone at first looked great not many scratches on screen ( screen protector covered it ). Needs a SIM card for it to work lucky me T-Mobile linked with sprint and sent me 2 SIM cards to try out the new service 2 weeks prior. Then I couldn’t hear anyone through the ear piece when they called me or I called them. The caller sounded very low and far away did some research on YouTube and I was the mesh on the phone from were you place your ear to the mic on the bottom of the phone we’re clogged with dirt. After cleaning everything and restarting the phone the phone works 100% like new. With some elbow grease a used phone turned out great and affordable so recommend to get insurance with your provider due to the phone being refurbished

The phone arrived in good condition, I'm not really complaining, only very minor scratches are noticeable, I think the only thing that can affect you is the condition of the battery, my phone arrived with an 83, for use that I have given him, well, it's not so bad, I repeat only the battery would be the only small problem when buying a refurbished phone

The outside of the phone is in great condition. Looked completely brand new. However once I opened the phone and actually started to use it, my screen moves on it's own, it freezes, it heats up super fast, and I can't press anything in the middle of my screen. Wanted to return it, but by the time the phone actually got to me, it passed the date available to do so. Really disappointed, now I have to spend another $600. Hopefully it was just this phone that had that issue, and no one else has to go through that.

Cosmetic of the phone was great but my battery health was at 81% so it made the phone lag and overheat. Had apple fix the battery for $69 but seeing how all these reviews have bad battery health Best Buy should calculate that into the price. Maybe sell it for $300 to cover the cost of getting it fixed.

Came in exactly as in the picture stud up well preformed amazing but after a year it does get slower and the phone do get hot easily over time but overall if your looking for a phone that is quick and not tryin spend that much it’s amazing

I thought I was going to receive a phone with a lot of scratches after reading some reviews but I was amazed when mine came absolutely clean. I'm actually impressed with the performance also.

Pretty disappointed overall. The cosmetic appearance of the iPhone was great. Seems to be functional software wise overall thus far. However, I didn’t think the battery life would be at 83%. That’s HORRIBLE. I need to get the battery replaced at Apple. It’s just annoying and frustrating because this phone was nearly $300 and now I need to spend $100 at Apple to get a new battery because it dies WAY too quick. Wish the description would have more info about that. Otherwise, it’s an “ok” value.

Small but easy to use. Has nice sleek style that’s comfortable for the hands. No marks dents or stains on the phone. Takes good clear pictures.

Pretty simple review; Phone was more than I expected. Condition was amazing not a mark or scratch anywhere. Looked brand new out of the box. I brought my new IPhone X to my "Phone Guy" to set it up on my network as soon as I picked it up, and all was great!! My previous phone was an IPhone 6S that I've had since the phone was released in September 2015 (which if I may say so also STILL looked brand new out of the box) and it was set to regularly back up to the Cloud. So, once we powered up tp the network and signed into my Apple account EVERYTHING restored to my new phone. The only tiniest of issues was the battery was only able to charge to 85% of its capacity, but I couldn't expect it to be near a 100%. If I want a new battery they're only $22.00. If your looking to go this way for a replacement phone, DO IT!! You wont be disappointed!

The phone works flawlessly, however there was a scratch on the screen that was noticable. Bought it for my son who says it is a BIG upgrade over his 6S plus... Other than the scratch it was a good experience...

Looks good but overheats. I have had it a week and alrwady battery life is not lasting. Cant do multiple thinga at once. If i am facetimeing or watching something i can not do other things. Or thphone freezes and restarts.

I was kind of dubious when buying a pre-owned device but then once I got it, the device was in great condition. The only think that I could see was that the battery health for it was at like 86% but you could always just buy a replacement for it which is pretty easy.

I’ve been an Android user for years so this has been a big change. I don’t mind the smaller size and the weight difference is good! The only issue I have is the battery life isn’t no where near as good as my Samsung.

This review is on a refurbished iPhone X. It is replacing my iPhone X that was destroyed in a fire. The phone came in good condition with the exception of a slight scuff on the screen. Did not have a wall charger but did come with a used aftermarket cord. Setting up the phone with simple and worked flawlessly. I have had no problems with the phone. Great value compared to the price of a new one.

Great buy for the price, when I received my phone it didn’t have a lot of scratches on the screen, looked almost perfect, battery health was 100% and functions perfectly be had it for prob 2 weeks now and no problems

The phone arrived in good condition. My only grievance is the battery capacity was at 76%. But I guess that’s to be expected from a pre-owned phone. I’ve been using the phone for a while now, and the battery life hasn’t been a major issue. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase. FYI, you can get the battery replaced at Apple for $100.
