Phone on the outside is in great condition but a message came up a few days into having it saying the battery’s health is significantly degraded and I need it replaced

Like others, the battery was well used. Less than 80%. Other than that the phone was in great condition externally. I will be following up to have the battery replaced at BB or return it promptly.

the camera and battery life is not the best, but i’m glad i got this phone because the iphone 7 i had before was getting old

I purchased this phone as I had only 32gb on my previous phone. It has ENOUGH storage and I am in love with the speed of this phone. It works better and the way I do things is easier than before. The phone also came without scratches and it was in good condition, better than I expected.

My daughter was extremely stressed that the phone she paid over $500 for....with all of her Christmas money...had a chip in the middle of the screen. We knew it was pre owned but expected better quality control for resale of such an expensive item.

My son lost his phone and needed to replace it immediately. Luckily this was in stock at the local store, but store was closing within the hour. Salesperson was very helpful and patient, and we got the phone right away. My son is very happy with it, it works perfectly and looks brand new.

The first one I got the screen went dark. Exchanged it for another one and it had a dead spot on the screen and so Third Times A Charm I guess. This one seems fine but went through a lot to get a good one. Not sure I'd buy refurbished again. When I did the transfer from my old phone the photos in my text messages didn't show up???

The phones are not refurbished to a high standard, My partner and I have each purchased a refurbished iPhone X 256gb and both phones came with some minor scuffs here and there, some dirt and grime in the ear piece, speakers and especially the charger ports. My charger port was so full of gunk it barely stayed in place with the charger, thankfully some isopropyl alcohol and some tiny brushes helped that issue. The main issue that I have is the battery life, both phones we received had 80-82% left on the phones which is considered severely degraded. They function fine besides not lasting too long but be prepared to spend about 70$ For battery replacements

Phone came in 2 days earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated since my old 6s finally died in me. The phone looked great, not really any noticeable scratches or anything. SIM card worked immediately everything was fine EXCEPT for one thing, the Face ID did not work, I tried all the trouble shooting steps, even contacted Apple. Still did not work, so I’m returning and reordering.

Had an immediate need. Knew the price was on the high side so when we saw the small screen issue we were not real happy. Took it to Geek Squad to check (we are members)ane for the first time, disappointed with their knowledge of the product and the return policy.

Love the phone, doesn’t come in the IPhone box nor with the original charger but that’s no problem, had a little scratch on the screen but I got a tempered glass so it’s fine, would recommend, shipping was fast ❤️

I bought this for my dad for his birthday and he really liked it! It came in great condition and ran smoothly, I am very happy with this purchase. Everything works, runs smooth, and I’m happy with my purchase!

I was not happy with this Best Buy purchase. The speakers and microphone were not working properly due to dirt. Even when I tried to clean it, it was not in perfect working condition. The battery was at 78% capacity which means it drained quickly and was unreliable. Not to mention the bottom and sides of the phone were a slightly scratched up. For a purchase of over $400, I expected much better. I returned the phone for a full refund and am happy with the Amazon iPhone I purchased instead.

I wanted to upgrade my iPhone. This is a nice iPhone with a good camera. This IPhone X seems to be holding up very well. I think for a nice phone in almost new condition this is a good pick. I’m happy with this purchase.

Got the phone as scheduled! The phone was I great condition, there was some signs or wear: a small unnoticeable (like very unnoticeable) crack on the screen some chips at the back and that’s it. The phone works great: it’s fast, smooth and the new updates works great with it.

It’s good condition but the battery dies quick. Im going to try and switch the charger maybe that’s the issue. But over all good.

I don't think it's a good product. After buying it for more than a month, I always feel that the screen is not very good every time I use it. I always flash the screen and switch between several apps.The battery doesn't last very long either.It is even suspected that it is an old product, which shows that the return time has passed, but it is not within the warranty period. What is the matter?
