Best Buy said since it was refurbished it had a warranty, apple said no. I was left with no choice but to return it.

The battery was faulty upon initial receipt. Screen appears to have been replaced with more durable product as screen did not shatter.

Do not trust Best Buy their phones are a scam!

We took it in to best buy 17 days after purchase and were told too bad, not under warranty. Spent hours on the phone with support and after 3 calls, was assured it was under apple warranty, which was a total lie. I am cancelling my best buy account and will never buy again. Best Buy should be ashamed!
