The iPhone arrived as scheduled and was almost as new condition. The phone has worked very well and I am quite pleased with the purchase.

The phone looked perfect. No scratches, cracks, etc. The only issue that I see is (and I was aware of it) is that it holds 81% battery. But if it becomes a major issue, I will purchase a battery.

I bought this phone as an inexpensive replacement for my wife's battered and exhausted iPhone 7. You wouldn't know that the XS was pre-owned or refurbished: it looked and performed just like a new device, and it's a huge improvement over the phone it replaced. I enthusiastically recommend using Best Buy's used product line.

Great phone, bad battery. Battery came with service warning and to have it replaced is a $65 fee on top of already paying $320!

It’s a nice phone, real reliable but it was kinda dirty and had stuff in the speakers and the creases I had to clean and the battery life was down 20% but overall nice find.

battery wasn’t full but you get what you pay for, other than that way faster than my old phone

I was hesitant to upgrade my iPhone 7 but with Apple WatchOS 10 I needed to find at least an XS iPhone. I have been very pleased with the refurbished phone. No issues or scratches. One down side, the charging block provided was not a type C fast charger, but a USB brick. I will definitely purchase refurbished again, but will try to make this one last!

Excellent phone. I bought this phone for my son after his previous stopped working. I was able to get him phone quickly and it has worked great ever since.

Battery life is quite terrible, but for the price...you get what you pay for. Cosmetically in like new condition...

So far the phone is pretty good. It came with 89% battery life. The phone overall is in good condition with a few scratches.

In October 2022, I bought a refurbished iPhone XS 64GB. It held up for a year before I upgraded to a newer model. This experience showed me their value, and I'll definitely choose them for reliable and cost-effective phones when waiting to afford the latest model.

i got a decent quality refurbished phone for the price. mine had only slight cosmetic damage on the corners and edges of the phone but nothing wrong with the camera, speakers, or screen

There were a lot of places you can get such a device, but I trusted that Best Buy would be there to help me if the phone had issues or if it was hard to transfer the information from the Android phone I was replacing. The phone arrived quickly, looked like brand new, and was able to transfer information seamlessly. I am very happy that I chose to make this purchase from Best Buy.
