Good phone for the price. It worked well without any problems.

I received a phone in very good physical condition. I typically use earbuds, so I did not realize the large speaker at the base was not working until I went to put it on speakerphone one day. I’m happy with the phone overall, but I am upset that the speaker doesn’t work given how much it costs for a used phone. Especially since it was no longer returnable.

Came in great condition only issue is the battery health percentage was low

Got this devixe preowned and best buy and the device was in great condition and also had great battery health. Would recommend if youre wanting a cheaper iPhone.

Out of the box the condition was great, the phone was exactly how it was described and once again another great refurbished product by Best Buy.

I have not have any problems with my phone! No scratches or any defects. And it also came with a new charger. I was able to pick with two hour of me ordering which is amazing
