    So far, this phone is fully functional and as described. For a preowned phone it looks new and is in excellent shape. Glad we took a risk and purchased this from Best Buy. I trust bb and highly recommend!

    It was an upgrade from my iPhone 11 and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I have purchased used phones from Best Buy for the last 5 years and haven’t had a problem.
