Waste of money

It took one month before there was an issue with the display. I took it to a technician that said it was likely due to a faulty display used in the process of refurbishing and there was nothing they could do to fix it. It is now unusable and I’m out the $$, with a sad kid

Pre owned iPad total failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pre-owned because I couldn't afford new or open box, and simply wanted a second screen for my laptop. I thought buying through a trusted store, like BestBuy would protect me and allow me to use my BestBuy Card, right? Picked up and began set up process, "ACTIVATION FAILED". Brought back to store, nothing they could do. Refunded purchase but not, shipping, taxes, fees, etc. $40 down the drain. Thanks Bestbuy

Screen never went on

I called best buy three times already and they told me they would call me back. SMH never again.
