    First Apple product I have used. Always thought Apple was overpriced. Needed for my job so I thought I would try a pre-owned for a cheaper price. I am satisfied though I do have some connection problems at times.

    The iPad is fine and Best Buy did a great job, but I would recommend something faster. It’s just too slow for my pace.

    I thought I was being smart buying refurbished but that was the worst. Didn't turn on. I even got the wrong power cord. It was not what I expected. Happy birthday to me...;(

    I bought this iPad for my grandson, who was so disappointed because it never worked. I took it back once for repair to no avail. I ended up just returning it to your store.
