Kind of slow... Knew the chance of it being slow sine refurbished but, the price was right for me at the moment.

Used 1 day, really liked it. Then it would not charge, after about 5 days of being plugged in and not using it, the most it got to was about 56% and when I took it in, they did not offer to check if it was the battery or possibly a bad charger. Really makes me leary about buying another refurbished anything from Best Buy. Cannot afford a new iPad, rediculously high priced and I kinda need one.

some apps not compatible with this old model otherwise it works great

I got this iPad as a gift for my boyfriend, whose iPad was old and not performing well. While this isn't the *newest* one out there, it was certainly a newer version than he had, with a lot more storage. It was perfect! It looked brand new, and has been performing very well. I think it was a great purchase.

It’s ok not bad the only downside to this is you can’t download anything you want like Certain games and apps some aren’t even found in App Store

Very slow is it worth using my phone is five times faster at it I’m usually off the phone by the time it downloads and they’re all the same network

This I pad sucked this was the first and last time I’ll ever buy an open box or refurbished electronic item .I was unable to ever use it I took it back to Best Buy to the geek squad to make the necessary updates but they were un able to get it running .I don’t recall any other recourse as far as a return it wasn’t offered ,a total waste of money.

It stopped turning on then it stopped charging. Plus it moved very slow.

I received my iPad early and it's great .. Couple of issues but for price not bad...Later I will upgrade ...

I received a no good charger with this device and didn't know it was an older version iPad can't download YouTube

I bought this for my grandson to play one game on the iPad. This IPad does not play that game. I am guessing the iPad is too old. I wish I would have put this money toward a newer iPad.

Returned, plugged in for a week and it only got to 86% charged, clearly a bad battery.

Had to return it because could not update to us the store and download apps I don’t know what happened couldn’t figure it out

I love my tablet its the right size for me and my sister

My mom had an iPad that was 8 years old. Got her a new one. Hopefully it will last 8 years
