JemJem is bad for business

It said nothing about grade B but when I received it,it was grade B( it was an open product so it was to be expected) it came with the wall charger and cable cord, the thing about that is the charger cord was for an iPhone not an ipad. I reached out to the support team that I was told to contact(JEMJEM?) and they stated that the cord I received is for this model nothing can be done. Looks like the iPad is going back to Best Buy. Come on Best Buy you can do better JEMJEM is bad for business. Sure I can get a cord but when I make a purchase I expect the warranty that is stated to be fulfilled.

Decent for money

Wrong charger

I understand it was used but I could have at least gotten an ipad charger instead of an iPhone charger. I had to go in store to get that situation resolved (I ordered online and had it delivered to the house). Then when I tried to charge it, I realized it was taking a long time to charge. Thinking that there was something wrong with the charging cord, I took it and the ipad to get checkout instore. They told me that because the ipad was a older model it would charge slower than the newer ones. I was supposed to give this to a little child who is clumsy but not anymore. I just decided to return it and get something else.

A little slow, no google nor office.

It is very good for some very simple an old games. The sound volume was not bad.

During FaceTime calls has horrible screen static?
