What looking for a second ipad for my household as my daughter needed one for her new job. I had heard that Best Buy had Clearance and Pre-owned merchandise. After reading the reviews and looking at the pre-owned ipads, I decided to purchase one and so far it has been a good decision. Although it came with a few scratches on the back, they have not affected the performance of the ipad. I placed a case on it, a protector sheet on the screen and you can't tell it's not brand new. The best part is I got it at at GREAT PRICE

This iPad is exactly what I wanted. It's actually my first tablet and I was not expecting the battery to last as long as it does. I bought it to make small transactions more convenient for my seasonal winter apareal store. The battery lasts for DAYS even when I'm watching Hulu for 3 hours straight. It's definitely fit for my binge watching habits. It's also big. Perfect because I'm practically blind. Though it's a little heavy. I had to use a stronger backpack to carry it and the accessories I bought. Pretty awesome buy. Honestly.

It has some body damage which I'm not too thrilled about. Over all it runs pretty decent for a refurbished ipad. Glad I got it

Display is incredible for viewing pictures on the internet. Easy to use. Fully compatible with the iPhone. Had difficulty syncing with phone on text.

Won’t let me download anything up to date it’s saying it needs the new version update and charging is really slow

This was a great price for used. Everything worked and look like new. Worked perfectly for my step sister and I to video talk.

The ipad itself worked just fine. However, this version is unable to get the latest updates. My nephews couldn't download any games or Netflix. Had to return it and buy the latest ipad.

this is a great tablet for a reconditioned one. very surprised at how well it has performed

The iPad is exactly what I needed for my husband. Unfortunately it did not arrive in the timeframe I was told and there was nobody to contact to enquire why. I do wish refurbished electronics could be purchased in the store. For this reason I would not recommend this to a friend as it was frustrating wondering when it would arrive especially when the case for it arrived 2 weeks before the iPad.

I ordered this ipad because my original ipad is locked due to the latest update and I can't use it until I can go to the nearest Apple store, two hours away. This second ipad isn't much better. It was a used one. It works half the time and not reliable. I bought it mostly to use for a painting app and ordering groceries. It freezes constantly and I spend a lot of time rebooting it then I have to turn it off until the next day. I don't even try to order anything anymore. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Bought this for my mom staying overseas. Broke with no sound in less than 3 weeks. Thinking that by paying more at $244 getting from Bestbuy is safer, I was wrong! Now, I can't return it because my mom is overseas. Think twice!

Love my tablet . Smooth to use . Light . Perfect size . Came from an old generation iPad . So def an upgrade .

This was a gift for my sister’s kids. She said it doesn’t have any parental controls so she uses it to watch movies

I was disappointed to find a “Grade B” sticker on the iPad. There was no info on the website about different grades.

The iPad was in great shape and works fine. I was nervous after reading some horror stories on amazon on purchasing pre-owned iPads, but felt better when I went to the Best Buy site and they had such great reviews. I'm glad I made the purchase and saved myself a lot of money by not buying new. Thanks Best Buy for a fantastic experience!

Like new, great for kids. I can vouch that it can be used for Minecraft.

the ipad was easy to set up and use. i am happy with this product and plan to continue shopping at Best Buy. it's one of my favorite electronics stores to shop at.

I usually purchase refurbished products from Best Buy since they are always reliable and less expensive. This was a replacement and upgraded ipdad.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made, purchased this to be a communication device for my autistic son and it black screened in 92 days (2 days after warranty ended) called bestbuy for help and was told that I can repurchase iPad but other than that they can’t help me.

Very nice but cant get updates for it so it was useless to me may be fun for a child
