It was the best purchase, when it comes to iPad. She absolutely loves it. I just need to find the right case for it! I have ordered two that are not the right size.

Before you sell a product you should at least make sure it works and has he proper equipment that belongs to it, especially if you are not going to service it.

Don’t Buy!!!

Unable to download new software or apps. A total waste of money and I was told by the store that the item was non refundable.

Grade B? don't even worry about it

Great decision! Even better decision was to purchase a refurbished iPad! I was a little hesitant with the "Grade B" rating, but there is one little tiny scratch on the back of it. That's it! Looks brand new otherwise and holds a charge and works like a charm! Thanks for saving us some money refurbishing gods!
