We all have an iPad and the oldest one is the wife one. She has the 1st generation and this one is so much faster and slicker. She loves the slickness and speed.

Great condition iPad air.. used but nice . Small iPad but it’s good to handle

This is a really nice product its a good size to carry easy fits inside your purse or backpack the only thing is that its a old model and its a little hard to get the apps but its really great for use in a restaurant or work

Faster, it doesn’t lag as much as the previous gen.

The IPad Air was great, but the previous company or owner sent a cord that would not charge the IPad Air. So disappointing.

I am totally pleased with the performance of the above mentioned iPad. It does everything as advertised and more. I continue to be very satisfied with Apple products purchased from Best Buy.

Works very well. We are happy to be able to set it up with new Apple idenity, etc.

It works fine it's not slow for some reason I can't get text for people who aren't on Apple phones. And my other iPad did that. Other then that is great.

Unfortunately, this item was so disappointing, I bought before Xmas and kept for about a month or so, and when I open the box, my daughter used for a week then it starts restarting by itself even with a full charge. I took it to Apple Store, they check it out and said that the hardware been replaced and even they did not put it in a good way, for instance, the camera lens put it wrongly and misplaced different hardware and they advise me to through it away, it's useless. Shameful to sell broken items to your customers.

I’m very happy with my iPad Air pre-owned. It looks brand new and it’s just what I need while I’m in nursing school.

DO NOT BUY THIS IPAD!!! Terrible product. It is defective and repeatedly resold on their website. Has 90day warranty through their supplier Jem Jem. Purchased it and started to malfunction 2 weeks into receiving it. It has already been returned 3 times and claimed defective but they keep reselling it. Returned the item and to this date have yet to receive a refund from best buy. Both best buy and warranty company Jem Jem are giving the run around and claiming that it was never purchased even after repeated demonstration of proof of date of purchase and return.

This was a good beginner ipad. My daughter wanted this but it didn't work with her Apple pencil.

Kids use it every day for school and everyday use no issues
