They work good especially when you don't have insurance to replace your phone

Very disappointed. This phone is supposed to be refurbished, but it was very slow to charge and it gets very hot. Just using it for a call it was 105 degrees. Battery will obviously not last much longer and it is too uncomfortable to use. I would have thought it was fully tested before selling it. I recommend the iPhone 11, but not this one. Returning.

Phone was a little dusty but works fabulous. PS5 controller will work with the phone when you plan games on it

I wanted a new iphone 11 and none were available according to both Apple and Best Buy. Prior to purchasing the phone at Best Buy, I inquired about the "pre-owned" designation of the available iphone 11 and was told that the phones have not been used previously by private individuals, but were most likely returns due to color choice or possibly used as demo phones. Unfortunately, it took me several weeks to set up the phone and the return date has now passed. A couple of days ago, I finally set it up only to find that the battery health is now designated as "poor" (78%) and battery replacement is recommended. I am a VERY UNHAPPY Best Buy customer and feel that I have been mislead...

Phone has a little crack by the camera and there is no adapter for the usb

The phone works well, the only problem is that the battery dies way to quick

Was a bad experience. Phone had a software problem. Geek squad wanted to charge to work on it when it was supposed to be ready for use. Returned phone. Will not be making a purchase of this kind again.
