And buying it from Best Buy was not only convenient because I could choose the carrier I wanted. Since day one the phone works great and it came as if I had purchased it straight out of the Apple Store. The battery life is great. My brother uses his phone for multiple things like games, music and YouTube and it can last him all day. The camera quality is also nice. I have the iPhone 14 and there is not much difference in the camera quality. Overall the display is great. Very smooth. And I love the color.

We tried several troubleshooting tips but the screen wouldn’t respond so we were locked out of the phone. It was not eligible for apple care because it’s refurbished from Best Buy and my phone service carrier said it was not eligible for insurance thru them either. So I have to get a new phone now, after buying this overpriced one. For the price, it should have lasted much longer.

It looks just like new, no scuffs or scratches and it was fairly easy to set up. Just wish it came with the original accessories. Comes only with a generic cable. All in all a very good buy, and my Mom is very happy with it!

However, I had no issues with the shipping nor the product. Delivery was right on time for store pick-up and the phone came in immaculate condition (battery health is 99%!). Every aspect of the process was true to claim, and overall the purchase was very much worth it.

Not a Fan of Apple

It's been a decent phone and has served it's purpose well but the battery drains fast when playing videos.
