Bought Certified refurbushed but it seemed like straight swap from previous owner. Bust buy diddnt even made sure ohone was functioning prior to my pick up at store. It kept restarting. Useless. Returned.

Was kind of nervous about it being preowned but so far no problems at all. Battery life is great and phone looks brand new.

My phone has been working amazing and it hasn’t giving me any problems

I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but the worker I talked with assured me that everything is checked over before hand to make sure it's all in good condition. He was definitely right! Everything is like new, and I love the camera quality and long battery life, which were some of my biggest factors in choosing a phone. The mini size is also great for me because I don't like big phones. No complaints here.

I didn’t even think it was a real iPhone in the box. I am extremely shocked that this type of product came from Best Buy but when I looked deeper into it, it came from a third-party. I would’ve never spent five $500 if I knew it was come from a third-party and not Best Buy themselves very very very disappointed.
