There are no scratches or dings. Looks almost brand new. The cable and charger were not original Apple products but that was expected. The battery health is also excellent!

I appreciate there design and functionality but to pay this much for a device that came out ib 2020 is a bit steap. It is not even the max model so you are getting a tiny phone. I will stick with Samsung untill you replace the bite.

Restarted it about 5 times but it did the same thing everytime

I contacted customer service who informed that is typically for a refurbished phon. I have purchased several refurbished from Verizon and they had replaced the batteries.
