I fully realized when I bought my Apple 4s i-phone that it was not the best or newest. But I do not care. If it lasts me another 12-18 months, I will be very happy. I am not a power user. So far, it runs all the apps that I want. It works extremely well with T-Mobile prepaid service in my reinforced concrete condo building. I live in an urban area of Milwaukee and am surrounded by other small high rise buildings. The phone arrived in good condition and I have had no problems with it since I purchased it in November, 2016. I did not want to buy a $400 new i-phone given that phones can be dropped, stolen, etc. I thought about an Android phone, but did not want to give up the convenience of an i-phone, with built-in applications such as FaceTime. I had an Android phone before and it was not quite as easy to use. I also like the small size of the Apple 4s phone. It is a little heavy, but fits easily in a pants or coat pocket.

Very nice refurbished product. I love the iPhone 4s and had a hard time finding one as it is an older model. Very solid purchase. Would recommend best buy refurbished products to others...

I stupidly took the picture at face value. This phone is actually very small and doesn't hold anything since you cannot update it. It will not allow you to. I think they don't even make them anymore. I've had nothing but trouble with both Apple phone my daughters have as well as all their friends too. Their batteteries don't hold charges. Their chords break easily. Headphones aren't made to last. So basically if you can't afford top of the line your going to get junk unless you luck out and happen to find a great Alcatel or at&t model that has enough space without costing an arm & leg to load all the apps we use day to day BC who cares what it looks like anymore. Just throw a cover over it.spend a lot on a cool case n nobody would think to ask.
