Its usable...

The screen had very obvious screen burn-in. And the power port had issues with charging. I do understand that this is a pre-owned phone, but their should be some quality checks.

I'm pretty sure it was kept in a case as the exterior had no dings or scratches. The face had barely noticeable scratches but you really need to look hard to notice. Overall, I was very satisfied with the product.
