screen not working

im dissapointed because i got this phone as a present for someone... the screen doesnt work brought it in the next day was told they dont cover it... its covered by a 3rd party company... still isnt fixed... why sell me an $80 paper weight... i puechased online and picked up at store

The phone never charged nor power up. Defective to the core. Case had scratches all over and dirty. It was really over used. Had to return it. Its a negative score

This is what all iPhone should cost and none of that monthly charge just get a pay as you go and do not go online until your at home or work.

I KNEW IT WAS PRE OWNED BUT YOU WOULD THINK THAT IT WOULD BE CHECKED TO SEE IF IT AT LEAST HELD A CHARGE. THIS ONE DID NOT AND IT WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY.

I bought this phone and when I received it , it would not turn on and had to send it back and they did not have another to replace it. Took a long time to get refund.

I bought it for my sister who only needs it for Whatsapp and stuff. It keeps turning off for no reason all the time even if it’s full of battery.

Phone randomly shuts off even when battery is full... Have to keep plugged into the wall in order to use the phone for longer than 10 minutes...

Bought a refurbished iphone5 and it still had old sticky I'm assuming glue or dirt on it. I can not believe Best Buy would resell a phone in this condition.
